Paymaya Upgrade

Para po sa gusto mga magpa-upgrade ng PayMaya account;

Narito po ang mga sumusunod na dapat ninyong gawin bago mag fill up:

Must have a 2 valid IDs (front only) see Listed below are the IDs categorized as Primary and Secondary.
Upgrade validation code (na sinend sa inyo ng paymaya via sms)
Fill up Bayad Center Form with your (3) specimen signature;

Step 1:

Open the PayMaya app, tap "More", then tap "Upgrade for Free".

Step 2:

Fill out the required information and upload a photo of your valid ID, then click on "Submit".

Step 3:

print, fill out Bayad Center Form with your (3) specimen signature and indicate the upgrade validation code you received via SMS

For minors (below 18)

Please have your parent/ guardians sign their consent form and provide a copy of their valid ID/s when completing the upgrade application.
If your account has been put on hold, make sure:

You nominate only valid IDs (based on the list above).
Your ID is entirely visible and clear.
Your ID will not expire within three (3) months from submission.
The information you submit (in-app) is consistent with the ID you uploaded.
